I went to Victor Harbor caravan park with Bryan and his mum and dad when we were about 13 or so, we both “fell in love” at a distance with the same girl also there with her parents!
Through Bryan I met some of his “renegade” mates, the likes of Dueul Droogan and Rodney Duke, memories of some rather wild and booze-filled parties.
We called each other “Chasps”. It was really great for Bryan and Denise to be at my place for an intimate and memorable dinner in September last year… now a pleasant memory, but now a mate lost.
